ISGA Silver for U9 Gymnasts

On Saturday 29th November our youngest squad of gymnasts competed at the U9 ISGA National Finals after qualifying in October in Stamford.

The girls were exceptional in their composure during the competition and dedication to training leading up to the event. As a result the girls finished in an amazing 2nd place -runners up to Kent College and beating Maltmans Green who placed 3rd.

The team consisted of: Captain Liberty, Annabelle, Amber, Cassia and Sonia.
Sonia, our youngest member also placed second individually losing out on the gold medal by .3 and posted the highest individual floor score of the competition.

Gymnastics is a team sport at Tormead and congratulations go to the whole squad for an outstanding team performance!
