| In Year 10 the girls receive 2 hours 20 minutes of curriculum PE. The range of sports taught at Year 10 is broadened to include football, aerobics, fitness, badminton, basketball and volleyball. In Year 11 the PE lessons are combined into one afternoon of activities. Girls are given a wide range of activities to choose from including climbing, golf, yoga, aerojam, badminton, trampolining, rugby, aerobics and fitness. The focus of these sessions is to teach new skills as well as teaching a lifelong understanding of the importance of sport and exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle. |
