TPA Development Progress
Do you enjoy attending the Christmas Cracker Fair, the School Ball, Family Quiz Night, or having a tea after a cold netball game or even better, drinks and canapés at various school events? These and many other events are a result of the TPA volunteers.
As many of you already know, the TPA has been operating without any elected officers this year and a lot of work has gone on behind the scenes to reshape the TPA including the TPA Survey to get the parents input. To those who completed the survey, thank you and we have taken what you have said and have tried to include your comments into the TPA structure.
This new organisation structure is presented in the TPA pages of the website and will start life at the EGM on the 24th February. In addition to the new structure you will also find a summary of the survey results, a TPA calendar and an agenda for the EGM.
The Tormead Parents Association needs volunteers. Please show your support for the TPA by attending the EGM. If you are interested in supporting the TPA in a general or specific way but are unable to attend the meeting please don’t hesitate to let your class reps know so your name can be put forward.
Many thanks and we look forward to seeing you on the 24th February from 7.30 pm for an 8pm start. The meeting will be held in the Junior School Hall and wine and canapés will be served.
Many thanks, Anne Geary (Senior School) and Ruth Simpson (Junior School)
