FEES AND CHARGES - EFFECTIVE FROM AUTUMN TERM 2008
Payable in advance by the first day of term
The School Council reserves the right to adjust the charges as circumstances require. Any sums, left in credit, when all accounts have been fully settled after a girl has left, will be returned to parents. No reduction is made for absence whether for illness or any other cause.
TUITION FEES
Pre-Prep (Age 4+) £ 1,785.00 per term
Years 1 – 2 (Age 5+ and 6+) £ 2,020.00 per term
Years 3 – 4 (Age 7+ and 8+) £ 2,995.00 per term
Year 5 (Age 9+) £ 3,095.00 per term
Year 6 (Age 10+) £ 3,280.00 per term
Years 7 – 13 (Age 11+ - 17+) £ 3,745.00 per term
Senior School lunches £ 230.00 per term
Junior Department lunches £ 160.00 per term
Two thirds of the term’s fees will be charged for the third and subsequent members of a family, all of whom are in attendance at one and the same time.
There is an administration charge for each letter sent notifying parents of late payment. Should fees remain outstanding after 4 weeks then the Governing Body reserves the right to add a surcharge of 1.5% to the account.
Monthly Payments - The school does have a direct debit facility by which payments may be made by instalments. There is an administration fee for this service. For details please contact the Bursary.
Advance Fee Payments – the school operates a scheme whereby lump sums can be paid in advance for tuition fees. Please contact the Bursar for details.

PAYMENT OF DEPOSITS
A deposit of £50 is charged on a girl’s first account, and held against disbursements for her final term’s account.
NOTES
The tuition fee includes books, stationery and equipment. It does not include certain books and items that become the girl’s property, examination fees, optional lessons (listed above), special coaching and educational visits.
A term’s notice in writing (or a term’s fee in lieu of notice) is required before the removal of a
Pupil, the ceasing of an optional subject or removal from the coach service.
