This new building, predominantly for the Performing Arts, has been in use since September 2007. The building had its official opening in February 2008 when it was opened by Penelope Keith CBE,DL.

Facilities include an auditorium, music technology suite with extensive music software, a recording studio and 7 individual instrumental rooms.
