The Pre-Prep (4+) and Year 1 (5+) classes are in purpose built rooms in Alleyne House. Year 2 (6+) and Year 6 (10+) are in Shackleton House and Years 3, 4 and 5 in Hillier House.

In addition there is:

• a purpose built science and design technology room
• a computer suite with 25 computers, all fully networked and linked to the internet
• Music room with a performance stage and two adjoining practice rooms
• Junior Department Hall used for assemblies, drama lessons and Pre-Prep gymnastics
• Library – this is a delightful room which is also used for Pre-Prep early room and late room.
• A large grassed area, wildlife garden and quiet garden.

Year 3 working in the computer suite

All girls from Years 1 upwards use the Senior School gymnasium and Sports Hall for PE.

Games lessons are held on the Junior Department’s playground with additional facilities on the Senior School side of the road.
