The U13 A team played in the Surrey County Mini Hockey clubs and schools Tournament on Sunday the 15^th of March. Back in February the girls had come top in their group to get to this 2^nd round. They then had to play St George’s B, CLFS and Hall Grove on the 15^th in a further group round. The girls narrowly missed out on coming 2^nd in the Final Group with a 2-2 draw against CLFS, a 1-1 draw against Hall Grove and a 2-1 loss against St George’s B. The team then went through to the plate competition and came away triumphant following wins over Cranleigh Preparatory school and Surbiton High School and in the end beating Richmond Hockey Club 2-0 in the Plate Final. The girls played fantastically well throughout the whole day and were delighted to come away Surrey Hockey Plate Winners. Well done girls!!
