In the sixth form the girls receive one afternoon of PE each week. They are able to choose from climbing, golf, yoga, aerojam, badminton, rugby, trampolining, aerobics and fitness, or any activity that we are able to offer at school. Those girls representing the school in a particular sport may use their PE afternoon to receive extra training in that sport. The girls are encouraged to participate in new sports and to develop a lifelong enjoyment and understanding of the benefits of sport and exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
