Godalming Music Festival Success
The Junior String Ensemble took part in the Chamber Music up to Year 7 class of the Godalming Music Festival. They came home victorious in 1st place, and with an enviable score of 89. The judges comments said that there was “Excellent ensemble in all three pieces.”
Other successes were:
Heidi (Y4) – 2nd in Beginner Strings
Elise (Y6) – 2nd in Woodwind up to Year 7
Neena and Charlotte (Y6) – 1st place and cup in Piano Duet up to Year 7
Lowri and Eva (Y5) – 1st place and cup in Piano Duet up to Year 5
