Apple Education Conference launches Tormead’s status as a Regional Training Centre

On Friday 4th March, Tormead hosted an Apple Education Conference and was launched as a Regional Training Centre for Apple.

Hosting delegates from across the south of England, Tormead staff led workshops  demonstrating the immense versatility of the Apple platform when used in an educational setting. Tormead’s pupil Digital Leaders ended the conference with an insightful review into the highlights of the conference, including Abdul Chohan’s inspiring keynote speech.

As evidenced by our move towards digital education, we have embraced the phenomenal changes offered by developments in technology and these are changing the delivery of lessons, along with the look and feel of every classroom. Consequently we are delighted to have been awarded Apple Regional Training status.

This prestigious award will provide us with the opportunity to showcase our work with local schools sharing active and transformative teaching and learning using iPads.
