UFO eggs hatch at Tormead
On Monday, as part for our Beacon Academic Enrichment programme, the Chemist department and Beacon co-ordinator, Mr Tony Breslin, invited over 30 girls to create UFO alien eggs. Sixth Form Chemistry students helped the Lower School girls with the experiment. The process was of course ‘Top Secret’ but involved vinegar, eggs and highlighter pens. The result of the UFO eggs will be available for all to see next week when the girls return to see their creations.
