Art Scholarship Group visits Tate Modern

On Friday 7th October the Year Six Art group visited the Tate Modern to see the highly popular Georgia O’Keeffe exhibition. Georgia O’Keeffe  made her debut a century ago, in 1916. She was immediately recognised as a trailblazing artist. Her work is bright, bold and vivid, often depicting stylised and magnified flowers. The girls had a wonderful day, practised their sketching skills  and gained inspiration for future projects.
