How to improve your training?

Earlier this week Michele Miller, Sports Psychologist, spoke to over two hundred of the girls on how to improve their approach to training. As part of our Beacon Enrichment Programme, the girls were able to learn how Michele works with elite athletes to train their mental fitness in preparation for international competitions. The girls were able to ask questions relating to their own sports and gain a greater insight into how small changes in mind-set make all the difference.
