On Friday 12 November, the Development and Alumnae office held its inaugural Networking Event at Tormead.  Girls from Year 9 upwards attended with their parents to listen to a panel of experts from a plethora of industry sectors.  We welcomed back seven Alumnae who spoke to the audience about their journey since leaving Tormead, their university courses and subsequent career paths.  Our second panel of speakers came from our parent community sharing best practices and offering advice and support.  The evening,  designed to spark interest amongst our audience and to provide a launch pad for future more bespoke events, was very well received and provided a platform to build a comprehensive network that the whole community can benefit from, well beyond the school gates.  Thank you to our Alumnae and Parent speakers for sharing their expertise and ensuring the event was a huge success.
