We were delighted to welcome so many families to Tormead Prep on Friday 10 December to celebrate the launch of our new toddler group, ‘Tormead Tumblers’.

Tormead Tumblers is an exciting new initiative from Tormead Prep, created to share Tormead’s brilliant gymnastic coaching and facilities with local parents and small children. Launching with a festive Christmas Party, it was a brilliant morning of fun, laughter and exploring gymnastic skills and equipment.

Guests were welcomed with Christmas refreshments at the Prep School (thank you to our fabulous catering team), before heading to the sports facilities with gymnastics coach and expert, Scott. Scott’s enthusiasm was contagious and soon, the gym was full of children bunny hopping, star jumping and balancing with parents nearby supporting their children through a challenging, yet fun, obstacle course.

Finally, the parachute was bought out and the sound of laughter echoed around the Sports Hall before some of the Prep’s gymnastic superstars put on a short showcase of their latest routines – what a great way to end the morning!

Tormead Tumblers will be running weekly from Friday 14 January at 09.15am and is open to both boys and girls aged 2-4 to attend. For more information, and to reserve your place, please click here.
