Easter cake baking competition
Entrants into the inaugural Easter cake baking competition set the bar high!
Today was our first ever Easter cake baking competition and it was wonderful to see so many outstanding creations on display.
From our youngest entries in Reception all the way through to the upper years of the Senior School, the standard was exceptional.
With well over 50 cakes submitted, the competition was a challenge to judge – especially given the amount of cake our official adjudicators had to taste!
All the cakes were scored on texture, moisture and flavour, and of course presentation and creativity.
Well done to all the winners and runners up in each of the year group categories, we hope everyone enjoyed eating them as much as the judges did!
