It has been a sensational few weeks of gymnastics. Firstly, on Wednesday last week, our U8 Development gymnasts entered their first ever competition at Prior’s Field School. The girls were amazing and competed with incredible confidence, even though they were competing against girls that were two school years older than them! The excitement of the event was palpable, and Adia even managed to achieve a bronze medal in the U10 category.

This weekend also saw our U9 and U15 national gymnasts competing in the ISGA National Finals hosted at home at Tormead. The weekend was a huge success with gold medals for both teams’ group routines, gold for the U15 team, gold for Evie who won the U9 all-round competition and silver for the rest of the U9 team in the team competition and for U15 Sonia in the all-around competition.

I could not be more proud of everyone competing and good luck also to all the gymnasts competing in the U10, U11, U13 and O13 competitions this weekend at Haberdasher Aske’s Boys School.
