Rotary ‘Youth Speaks’ Debating Competition
It was a pleasure to compete again in the annual Rotary ‘Youth Speaks’ debating competition, in the beautiful surroundings of The Guildhall. From debating the right of all professions to strike, to the place of ‘cancel culture’ in society, our Intermediate and Senior teams spoke well, with a particular congratulations to Twishaa in Year 9 who was awarded Best Opposition Speaker in the Intermediate section.
