The Spring Classical Concert is always a bittersweet event as we bid farewell to our Year 13 leavers. This year, we said a fond goodbye to thirteen musicians as they embark on their A Levels and the beginning of their next chapters beyond Tormead. I would like to thank these musicians for their wonderful musicianship and commitment to the Music Department over their school careers – we will truly miss them and their fantastic playing and singing.

The Spring Classical Concert was a heartfelt celebration of music, featuring musicians from beginner to beyond diploma level. Opened by our more junior musicians in Intermediate String Ensemble and Concert Band and closed by our Symphony Orchestra, the concert showcased our Year 13 soloists alongside a plethora of choirs and chamber music ensembles. My grateful thanks go to Miss Parry and our committed peripatetic staff for their dedication and expert direction.
