The main points of entry into Tormead are at 4+, 7+, 11+ and 16+ but sometimes places do become available in year groups other than the standard entry points.

Tormead is an academically selective school and every year we are over subscribed. In order to manage the high volume of applications we receive at our main points of entry, we administer registration deadlines in the Autumn term. 

If applying late, a successful candidate may be placed on a waiting list, dependent on the year of entry being applied for.

We always encourage prospective families to come to one of our open events, which are spread throughout the academic year. However, if you are a late applicant and have not been able to attend one of these events, we are always happy to arrange a personal tour at a time to suit you.
