Ellenor takes English ASA National 400m Freestyle Gold
Ellenor had a superb English ASA National Swimming Championships held across 10 days in August.
In her category she won Gold in the 400m Freestyle, came 5th in the 200m Freestyle, 6th in the 800m Freestyle and 11th in the GB 3km open water.
