Digital Leaders Visit BETT Show
A group of twenty-four Digital Leaders from both the Junior and Senior schools attended BETT, the British Educational Training and Technology show, at the end of January. The girls toured the exhibition, visiting the stands of many companies who provide cutting edge technology to schools, such as Google, Microsoft (Minecraft), Apple, BBC Microbit, Showbie, and more. In addition, many of the girls attended interesting talks, from ‘Eat My Science’ to Minecraft Coding, to a Digital Leaders showcase. It was an informative and thought-provoking day out, where the girls and teachers alike learned a lot about new technologies for education.
