Visit from Virginia McKenna OBE
We were absolutely delighted to welcome Virginia McKenna to the school, where she spoke to girls in Years 3-6 about her work, and the importance of working to help save animals from extinction. We ‘met’ many of the animals from Virginia’s life through hearing their stories.
The girls were full of intelligent and thoughtful questions afterwards. Our Eco Captains, Zoe and Livi, enjoyed meeting Virginia afterwards and introducing her to some of our playground animals.
